Shipping Policy

• We dispatch orders in 2-3 days after confirmation. Due to some unavoidable circumstances it might take little longer to dispatch.

• For West Bengal orders it generally takes 2-5 days to deliver after dispatch. For other states it take 5-11 days to deliver after dispatch. Due to pandemic situation, natural calamities or any unavoidable circumstances it might take little longer to deliver.

• If any package return back to us due to wrong address or phone number provided by customer or if customer's phone number is not reachable or not answered then return charges and reship charges needs to bourn by the customer.

• Adritis Home of Art And Craft will take responsibility to fulfill your Order after order confirmation. This means that we at Adritis Home of Art And Craft ensure you that all the goods will be packed and dispatched in "GOOD CONDITION" and to ensure smooth delivery to your door step we will use all best courier services. Responsibility means packing the goods in perfect conditions at the time goods leaving the warehouse and also we do take utmost care in packing the goods as per their sizes, weight, volume etc. so you need not worry about our highly efficient packaging system. However we can not guaranty any mishap during transit due to unavoidable circumstances.

• If any Prepaid Parcel is marked as delivered and Parcel is received by Customer then Customer should connect Us within 48 Hours from Delivery Date for further investigation. Otherwise any such claims will not be processed.​

• www.adritishome.in only delivers within India only. If your Pincode is not comes under delivery area Pincodes of any of our couriers partners then shipping we will send your parcel through India Speed Post. we do Speed every week Monday/Tuesday.
